
Allison Rockey Mason is a native of Norfolk, Nebraska. She graduated from Norfolk Catholic High School in 2009 and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Criminal Justice and Spanish in 2012. As an undergraduate, she was a member of the UNL Mock Trial Team that travelled regionally and competed in university and college Moot Court competitions for two years. Following her undergraduate study, Allison remained at the University of Nebraska to attend law school where she graduated with distinction, receiving her Juris Doctor degree in the Litigation Skills program of concentrated study in May 2016.
While at the University of Nebraska College of law, Allison participated in the UNL Civil Clinic where she gained civil litigation experience. She was also a member of the Moot Court Board, Student Bar Association, Women’s Law Caucus, and Delta Theta Phi. During law school, Allison had the opportunity to work as a law clerk for Copple, Rockey, and Schlecht before joining the firm as an associate in the firm’s Omaha, Nebraska office located at 14680 West Dodge Road.
